Goodmail Systems Promotes John Ouren to President

International expansion, broadened ISP network and new products on deck for creator of CertifiedEmail trusted class of email

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 20, 2007-- Goodmail Systems, Inc., creator of the CertifiedEmail system of trusted email, today announced the promotion of John Ouren to president of worldwide services for the company. In his expanded role Ouren will oversee worldwide market development for CertifiedEmail including all corporate business development and marketing activities.

Ouren previously served as senior vice president of sales and business development at Goodmail. He was responsible for managing the company's sales, business development and strategic alliances. Prior to Goodmail, Ouren was senior vice president of sales, services and field operations at Digital Impact, a leading provider of email marketing technology and services acquired by Acxiom Corporation last year. Prior to his work with Digital Impact, Ouren was both a founding member of the e-commerce practice and leader in the financial services practice at McKinsey & Company where he provided strategic and operating expertise to leading software companies and financial services firms worldwide.
