Goodmail Systems Expands Management Team with Two Key Executives

Provider of Trusted Email Adds VP's of Engineering and Operations to Ensure Carrier-Grade Design and Performance

Mountain View, CA; June 21, 2006 - Goodmail Systems, Inc., creator of the CertifiedEmail system of trusted email, today announced the appointments of Simon Williams as vice president of engineering and Clement Sciammas as vice president of operations for the company.

Reporting to Goodmail co-founder and senior vice president of product, engineering, and operations Daniel Dreymann, Williams and Sciammas will lead engineering and operations for the company's flagship CertifiedEmail service as it moves into broad adoption by consumer mailbox providers, large corporate senders, and major email service providers that send on behalf of large senders. CertifiedEmail is a service which imprints cryptographically secure tokens on outgoing messages from legitimate accredited senders and presents them to the consumer with a unique trust icon. Participating senders are assured delivery of their customer and transactional messages to the server level inbox with all links and images intact. Consumers get a level of security against phishing and other forms of email-based fraud by an assurance of the authenticity of incoming messages.

Williams brings more than 20 years of information technology experience, having played key roles in emerging technology companies that became global entities, including Vodafone PLC (FTSE: VOD) and Orange SA. He was a co-founder of Aethos Communications Systems, later acquired by Logica CMG (FTSE:LOG) and co-founded INSolutions, an eCRM vendor. Sciammas has 18 years of combined IT and operations management experience, gained building and leading teams at a variety of networking and security companies. He was most recently vice president of operations and customer support at Audible Magic, and before that, vice president of network operations at Citadon.
