How To Receive CertifiedEmail

CertifiedEmail™ is an optional class of email used by accredited commercial, non-profit and government senders to provide an easy and reliable way for consumers to identify authentic email messages from them. CertifiedEmail is currently available from AOL and Yahoo!. CertifiedEmail will be available at our other ISP partners soon:

America Online AT&T
British Telecom Comcast
Cox Communications Time Warner Cable
Verizon Yahoo!

CertifiedEmail is free for consumers.

And you don't need to do anything to receive them! If you have an account with one of our partner email providers and you receive an email from one of our accredidated senders then you will see the CertifiedEmail blue ribbon icon in your inbox - automatically. You don't have to download, turn on an option in your email preferences or send a request to receive it to your mailbox provider. It's as simple as that. If there is a company that you'd like to see send their email to you certified, tell us who.
